I have used Visioneer scanners for over 15 years. This is my fourth scanner and it is the most confusing of all to use. When I can get it to work, it does a good job but it takes a lot of my time to use. My last one, a model 7100 was more user friendly and I would not have purchased another one except that Windows 7 cannot operate the 7100. Why can't windows be compatible with the previous versions? -- not user freindly
