I use this scanner at work. I scanned over 3,000 documents and rarely had an issue. Normally if I had a problem it was because the document became jammed due to bent corners, etc. I'm seriously thinking about buying one for home.
PageMaker came with the scanner, and I love that software. I can make the documents PDF, Word, Powerpoint, etc., very easily. I hope that this software still comes with it. -- No Major Problems
